Once you have applied for any vacancy advertised on our website, or at any job portal our recruitment team will screen your CV against the position advertised and do an initial skill match.
If your CV has been shortlisted for any of our vacant position one of our specialists will get in touch with your for an initial telephonic round of Interview. This helps us to get a clearer understanding of your interests and gather some basic information.
The HR will invite you in for a personal round of Interview. This round enables the HR to discuss the role in detail with you and do a value assessment to understand if the candidate fit with our organizational culture and basic demands of the job profile.
Respective department line manager will do the final round of Interview to discuss in detail about the technicalities and the main missions of the job. This round further helps us understand if the candidate posses the various technical and soft skills needed to perform the job.
On successful completion of the above screening rounds the candidate will be issued an offer letter with all the benefits and probation period mentioned.
